2018 Highlights

It’s no secret that First State values community. In 2018, First State hosted and sponsored several events to benefit the communities we serve.  From school events, to race sponsors, employees are always willing to lend a hand. In case you missed it, here are a few of our favorite First State events from 2018!

Monster Dash! First State was the title sponsor at the Monster Dash, which took place at Roca Berry Farm.  The 1 mile and 5K fun run helped benefit the Child Advocacy Center.

Community Clean Up! First State has a spring and fall volunteer event.  For the fall volunteer event, branches were encouraged to help clean up their community- picking up trash, trimming bushes, putting together benches and more!

Tailgates!  First State loves cheering on our Huskers!  The First State tailgate takes place before each home game in Lot 6 (just south of the stadium).  Food, drinks and fun can be expected- make sure you stop by the tailgate this fall!

Educational Eats! First State hosted our first ever Educational Eats event.  Guest speaker, Denise Mainquist, talked about cyber security and how to protect yourself from identity theft risks.  There will be another Educational Eats in 2019, make plans to attend!
