Iris Wiese, Digital Banking Officer, has been promoted to the rank of Vice President. With nearly 14 years of service, Wiese has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to enhancing the digital banking experience for First State customers. Her expertise and dedication have played an important role in advancing the bank's digital services and customer-focused initiatives.

Brett Storer, Regional Loan Officer in our Saunders County Region, has been promoted to the rank of Vice President. During his seven years at First State, Storer has built strong relationships with customers and has consistently provided trusted financial guidance. His leadership and commitment to serving the communities First State supports have contributed significantly to the bank's success.

Nathan Holdridge, Regional Loan Officer in our Douglas County Region, has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Vice President. In his two years with First State, Holdridge has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and relationship banking. His professionalism and dedication have made a positive impact on both customers and colleagues.
