We are excited to announce that today (June 5), Plattsmouth State Bank and Schneider Agency officially became a part of the First State family! First State Bank Nebraska has a commitment to customer service and serving local communities and this factored into the extended Schneider family’s decision to work with First State.
We welcome our friends and co-workers at Plattsmouth State Bank and we thank the Schneider family for their help during this transition!
Plattsmouth State Bank customers will not see any immediate changes and will continue to see familiar faces and periodically new friends at our Plattsmouth branches. We anticipate that customers will see new First State signs at these branches later this year, but until then, customers can continue their banking business as usual.
Schneider Agency customers will work with First State Insurance. First State Insurance has 25+ licensed team members and agency customers will have access to the same great carriers. Policies currently in force will remain the same (unless changes are requested and bound).
