Local Roots, Growing Together: Supporting Our Teachers

Supporting Our Teachers

Celebrating Local Roots, Growing Together

At First State Bank Nebraska, we know that strong schools help build strong communities. That’s why our branches come together each year to show support for the incredible teachers who dedicate their time, energy, and care to educating the next generation.

To kick off the new school year, our teams served lunch and delivered treats to local schools across our communities. Collectively, we reached more than 1,200 teachers, letting them know just how much they are valued and appreciated.

This effort was about more than sharing a meal or dropping off snacks—it was about saying “thank you.” Our teachers play such an important role in shaping the future for our kids, and their dedication often goes unnoticed. From early mornings to late nights, lesson planning to mentoring, they give so much of themselves to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn and grow.

Supporting teachers is just one way we can give back to the communities that give so much to us. To all the teachers starting this new school year: thank you for all you do for our children and our communities. We are grateful for you, and we’re cheering you on as you inspire and guide the next generation. And when we come together to support the people who shape our future, that’s when local roots grow together.
